Rescued the Valuation module at the core of a four-application suite inside an RM200M government system. Re-architected it around microservices with Redis caching and Kafka event streaming, centralized authentication with Keycloak SSO and RBAC across five applications, and added Prometheus and Grafana observability to guide performance tuning. Delivered an Angular PWA for reliable online and offline valuation work.

Driving the end-to-end SDLC and defining the system architecture for a government platform built under MAMPU, CMMI Level 3, and ISO constraints. Replacing legacy Excel workflows while supporting around 1,000 concurrent users across roughly 80 organizations, and keeping architecture and implementation aligned throughout delivery.

Built the Angular front-end and a NestJS and PostgreSQL backend with Dockerized deployment for a BMW system, with a clean service layer for API communication. Added a bulk-upload endpoint with robust validation, and optimized batch operations and query performance to cut response times.
